72 Cutlass
This Cutlass has been sand blasted, after we cut away the rusty sheet metal. Then the car was put into epoxy and now we have a nice clean shell to start our metal work. Putting in floor pan, rockers, trunk floor, firewall, upper cowl, inner and outer wheel houses and half quarters. Full quarters were not available for this Cutlass, that is the only reason we went with half quarters. It's more welding and body work to put a partial quarter on this vehicle.
Updated April 15, 2018
We looked for a long time for good doors for this car. We found the passenger side door which needed some small repairs. We used the original drivers door which was in really rough shape as you can see below. We cut out all of the bad sections and made up new panels . And put a new outer door skin on. You can buy door skins but not complete doors. That is why we were forced to repair this door.
